Stash of favorite ice creams -- one for each decision day? Celebrate or commiserate.

For mine on ED day, it was our pizza night, so plan was go out to nice brick oven place to celebrate if accepted, homemade (what we usually do) if deferred, order out Ledos if denied.

I feel you! My kid is a transfer applicant. Those decisions drag out into June.

Yes it is going to be difficult month but doing my best to prepare DD so far has been unpredictable for top school she worked hard with good stat and EC but didn't get in her top choice EA while friends got accepted.

I both like and dislike the current notifications via portals. Nice to have a way to check but I also kind of miss the old days when decisions would arrive by mail without all the build up of emails or Instagram announcements telling you to mark your calendar or weird forums trying to predict the decision reveal date. Is it weird to miss the old fashioned way of doing this? Then again I hate all of the weird gender reveal parties and social media posts...maybe some school will go retro and deliver early announcements via telegram LOL

Not this year, thankfully, but in your shoes 2 years ago. Hang in there. Hoping for hood things!

Yes, also dreading the frantic April visits! And I have a hunch that my daughter will take awhile to make her final decision so April could be a long tortuous month, too. Ugh.

Totally with you but dc does have a good option. My worry is then he would want to visit 2 again and April is so packed. I guess a good problem to have but dragging on.

Yep - this month is either going to drag on (next two weeks in particular) or just fly by. There will be good days and some rough ones but in a month it will be done.

Bracing and also just so ready for this month to be done. Waiting on the final four decisions to roll in. All on the more reach side of my kid's list so I know there will likely be some rough days ahead but just really hoping one or two of them lead to celebrating or at least closer to a final decision. Second kid doing college search and now remembering how much I hated this stage last time, too!!!!
