My job makes it such that many days I can’t get to a gym aside from the one in my basement. I am a huge fan of group fitness, but really can’t manage to get to regular in-person classes. I’ve done peloton and the other bicycling apps for a while now, and tried Les Mills. I’ve enjoyed all of these but they all eventually get boring. I’ve also done DVDs, although those are going the way of the dinosaur.
Anyone have any recs for high motivation, fun, workouts that I can use an app to work out? Preferably stuff that doesn’t require jumping or running, due to my joints hating those.
