Someone else said Navy Federal as well, but if you're eligible for membership you should check them out. HELOCs start at 8.75% with up to 95% LTV cap. And Fixed Rate equity loans starting at 7.34% with no closing costs. https://www.navyfederal.org/loans-cards/equity.html

I would check out Bogleheads. They tend to have better, nationally sourced info on things like this.

Navy Federal, PenFed or Tower Financial are all good options.

We're like to take out a HELOC to help with cash flow on our renovation. Bought two years ago so don't have that much equity. What are you finding? I noticed that PNC offers about 9.2% variable rate and only requires 89% LTV. BofA is 85% LTV with a 6 month promotion APR at 6.9% (then goes to 10%). PNC won't give an estimate within giving personal info. Wells isn't doing HELOCs at all (and maybe Chase isn't, either?). Any other suggestions on where to look? I'd rather do an established bank than a fly by night tech company.
