Yes, correct. The winner could be from the heats that swim in prelims.

The PVS 2024 SC 14 & Under Championships meet announcement says 10 & under 500 freestyle is a Timed Finals event (on page 10). The same meet announcement shows both boys and girls 10 & under 500 freestyle events in the Sunday Finals session (on page 11). Which is correct?
