I'm 33w and have had a pain in my left calf when walking up and down (especially down) stairs for a few days with no notable injury prior. I've been extremely active the whole pregnancy with no recent change to my routine. The calf is not painful to the touch or discolored, but I am cognizant of elevated DVT risk when pregnant (I also have gestational diabetes.) Can anyone who has had a DVT weigh in? Should I just give this a few days res to to see if it goes away or does it merit evaluation? Of course, my GDM virtually necessitates I exercise every day; I am diet-controlled. So struggling with this!
