I do orangetheory and pilates 2x/week each. I try to take a long walk on at least one of the three days that I don't have a scheduled class. It feels like a good combination of cardio and strength training for me at this point (32 yo woman)

Burn Boot Camp 4 days a week (mix of HIIT cardio work outs and strength training), sometimes yoga on top of that but with two young kids I don't get that in as much as I'd like. I love Burn Boot Camp and highly recommend it to get a mix of things, build strength and cardio in a doable format (they have child care)

Walk 3 miles a day x 7 day weekly
Erg rower 45 minutes a day x 5 days weekly
Yoga or pilates 3x weekly

This is in addition to my very physical job. I'm just on the healthy weight/overweight bmi line

Middle distance triathlon (half Ironman or 100km) racing makes me consistent. Not a fan of the swimming and it’s away from home, so I’m down to twice a week for that. Twice a week strength training/lifting. 3 bike workouts / 2 of which are paired with a run. Two run only workouts. I can do all but the swimming at home indoors for time efficiency.

I fit it in by being up early and I work it into my schedule somehow. I’m very experienced in what I do for a living and have associate support, so that helps. I also vastly prefer the workouts, how I feel, and the ability to get outside when the weather is better-compared to what I do for a living.

I run 3-4 days a week, x-country ski 1-2 days a week in the winter, swim 1-2 days per week in the summer, lift 2-4 days per week, Pilates 1x per week, sometimes peloton, walks (although that’s more lifestyle than working out).

I work, I just get up early.

Barre classes 2-3 times a week. I’d like to get to 4 with weights classes

Strength training and walking. No passion for it, just need it to not be in pain.
I miss competitive sports.

Tennis is my passion. But also running, cycling, weight lifting and Pilates. I work out a lot - about 90 min a day 4-5 days a week, and I play tennis 3 days a week. But I try to keep a balance between strength, cardio and mobility.

I used to be just a runner with the odd strength session thrown in, and that was a recipe for injury for me.

And before anyone asks, no, I do not work full time.

If you work out consistently, what is your main workout?

The only people I personally know who workout consistently have one thing they are pretty passionate about and so several times a week (running, biking, yoga etc).
