Do you know it’s cold in New Hampshire?

The quarter system is pretty intense so your DC will probably be studying too hard to be able to party!

My Dc is complaining about the amount of midterms and papers she has to write.

My kid is at Dartmouth and that forbidden doc must be a joke.

Think it’s 3-4 years old…

I would stay away--it's very Greek heavy. There are many other schools that would be a better fit. If you have the stats for Dartmouth, why not pick any number of schools that are a better fit?

I would definitely stay away from Dartmouth unless you're a boy who really enjoys the worst of frat life.

I went to Dartmouth and there is no way around it: social life heavily centers around the Greeks. It’s not nearly as bad as some folks make it out to be. But if you are not into Greek life, you will be in the minority at Dartmouth. If your kid has no other interests that attracts a natural affinity group (and there are tons at Dartmouth), getting into a friend group can be a little difficult.

Looking for recent perspective on how a boy with little interest in Greek life would fare at Dartmouth. Are there normies to hang out with who aren’t interested in frat parties every weekend?
