SSI is guaranteed poverty. It is so despicable this is how we treat the disabled.
The SNAP is $142 a month.

Yes for SSI but not for SNAP. It’s not what anyone wants or envisions when starting a family but that’s where we are now. Wish the safety net was even stronger. The amounts are not game changers for us.
