I just say I need to bed rot more than usual. If I'm upright too long I jet achy and start to feel a headache coming on. It has gotten better now that I'm out of the first trimester. But it still comes and goes with everything else

Subject: What to call "heavy headed" sensation in first trimester
I'm very early in pregnancy and feeling the constant need to lie down. It feels like my head just needs to be horizontal or it feels bad. It's not nausea exactly nor is it fatigue. I don't need to sleep but I feel a desperate need to lie down and then I feel fine. I almost want to call it lightheaded but that's not exactly right either (I think? But maybe it is lightheaded?). Anyway, I suspect this sensation is common but I just don't have a name for it. Anyone else relate? How would you describe it?
