Be aware that there are portions outside the gate too. They have access to the community amenities but are zoned for different (and in my opinion better) schools.

Is this satire? The houses top out at like 1.8M and start at like 750k. There are marketing managers at my company that live here.

Perhaps you’re thinking of Creighton?

I have friends who live there. It’s great if you want a “Pleasantville” community with amenities like golfing and pools. It’s super gated and secure but some people like that. It’s full of typically high-end earners, so expect to meet many C-level neighbors.
