Look at the provider list from your insurance company. Do some research on their specialties or focus areas. Set up some introductory interview calls to see if it’s a good fit. Choose one, and don’t be afraid to change if you feel it’s not a good fit.

Subject: Therapist/Marriage counselor
Can someone please recommend a marriage counselor or therapist? Things are getting dire. I know it was hard to find someone taking new patients in the pandemic but hopefully things have loosened up now, I'm just not sure where to look for recs.
