Also same as before - 40 min walk am, 30 min walk pm every day. Workout either by spin or barre class 3-4x a week.

Not OP. I work out 1 1/2 hours every day. I'm not obsessed. I love to work out. My dad jogged until he was 91. It's in my blood. I feel great. After menopause (I'm 55), I've had a harder time staying slim even though I eat really well. Started Mounjaro. It's helped a lot. I only had about 15 pounds to lose. I'm down 10. I'm also prediabetic and have to keep my weight down. I'm a size 6 but my numbers don't decrease until I'm about a size 4.

I alternate walking/running every day and do strength training on running days. But that’s only about 45 mins total. In summer I kayak/SUP, play pickleball, and do other activities a few times a week. I ski about 20 days a winter. Basically I just try to stay active.

Do you live in the DMV? Where do you SUP/kayak?

I live at the beach in the summer.

Because people are obsessed with semaglutides

Well I started one after my exercise routine wasn’t helping, was tracking my macros religiously (also counting calories) and nothing was working. I literally have tried everything else and as a last resort I tried a semaglutide. It has been working. But it doesn’t change my exercise routine.

Weights 1 hour, twice a week. Daily walks. That’s it for me
