I alternate walking/running every day and do strength training on running days. But that’s only about 45 mins total. In summer I kayak/SUP, play pickleball, and do other activities a few times a week. I ski about 20 days a winter. Basically I just try to stay active.
Do you live in the DMV? Where do you SUP/kayak?
