DP: C-. Seems like a nice guy, and I think he's trying but is clueless. I almost feel sorry for the guy. Seems over his head. He has just kind of sat there.
Mary Kadera: B. She seems to really care, has the right priorities, and is extremely responsive to parents and teachers. But also not sure she's actually delivered on anything, hence the B. I would love to move her into the A category.
BZS: B-. She also seems to really care and has the right priorities. Love her past work at Randolph. Not sure she's really done much on the board but she's also still pretty new.
MT: F. I just will never ever give a higher grade to someone who started an organization that has done so much damage to our community, and who only listens to her APE base. I do not trust her or her priorities and never will. At best, she will be ineffectual, at worst, she will do real damage to APS.
I guess the "give grace" response everyone is always throwing at people who criticize anything only applies to certain people.
DP. Not everyone deserves “grace”.
And apparently you are the judge of who does and doesn't. Got it.
I'd grant you some leniency; but I don't think your closed-mind deserves it.

Grace is, by definition, undeserved. So whatever you think you've been giving others, it wasn't grace.
