The houses are crushed together and you have zero space of your own outside. Your door is mere feet from the door of others. The house requires going up and down stairs all day. Good luck if you sprain an ankle or break a foot.

No, thanks!

What do you do if you sprain an ankle or break a foot and you live in a typical SFH where your bedroom is upstairs?

The elevator ones are similar to the EYA houses on Little Falls Parkway, although those are surrounded by more green space (and a self storage place).

I would seriously consider one of these. I live in a SFH now very close by but would love a lower maintenance place. However I have lived here most of my life so not sure I could ever get over living in the Giant parking lot!

The price for a new build TH and area seems very decent ($1m),but really have to see what the houses will look like) layout, square footage, etc) before making final judgment. Issue is with these new build THs you almost never get a backyard (however small, still nice to have it).

EYA built a bunch of these in and around Hyattsville.
