Epic also has a partner deal with Resorts of the Canadian Rockies, where you get 7 days access to their resorts. You could go to MONT-SAINTE-ANNE, which is 30 minutes from Quebec City. It will be cold, but a better chance of snow that early in the season.

Or instead of Epic you could do the Indy Pass, which is cheaper. I think those mountains tend to be less crowded.
