St Augustine used to be a good place to visit prior to Covid. During Covid so many northerners moved down that the roads are now are gridlocked. Restaurants in the Saint Augustine area have over 2 1/2 hour wait.

I think the overcrowding has greatly reduced the quality of life.

Dustin is in an area of Florida called the redneck Riviera. Destin gets a lot of visitors from Alabama, Mississippi, North Florida, and south Georgia.

Yes, people from Alabama, Mississippi, north, Florida, and south Georgia can afford $2 million homes.

I am a size 14 woman. I always feel positively svelte when I visit the panhandle of Florida.

Why would you pay 2 million dollars for a house on the beach in prime hurricane territory that doesn't have a staircase and main entrance on the second floor? In a proper rich person beach house, there are always 3 floors and the ground floor is bonus square footage. It's meant to be washed out and rebuilt repeatedly.
