Seems like it’s one extreme or the other - either they can’t stop thinking about it or they’re not interested at all.

I dunno, that sounds excessive. My husband isn't like that. I acknowledge there is a range and nothing inherently wrong with thinking about sex all the time, but I'd honestly hate it if my husband was like that. My husband does have a stressful job though.

Are all of us that way? No. Would I like to have daily sex? Absolutely. (44M)

My husband would be happy to have sex 1-2 times a week but I want it every day, multiple times if he can manage. It’s me, hi. I’m the horndog, it’s me.

My husband wants to have sex every day, but he also thinks about other things. There are other things that matter to him.

That’s why I can’t remarry. I just can’t live with someone knowing that that is what they want 24/7. I hate the feeling of being together and knowing that is ALL they are thinking about. I feel like a piece of meat. I used to live sex. Marriage ruined it for me.

I'm sure there is a massage place nearby.

It’s normal and it’s also normal to not want it nearly as often. Just as with any other human characteristic, there’s a range.
