Eh, I think people are being a little harsh. Some people enjoy decorating their own home. I would rather see this kind of personality than all gray or all pottery barn furniture. To each his own!

It wouldn't bother me since that would all be easy to change out with new furniture, paint and a few fixtures.

I agree I think they just threw some black and gold stuff that they already had in there. Who knows, maybe those pieces have some sentimental value? What I find most unfortunate is actually the black toilet.
