About $20k and $26k for two rip and replace bathroom renovations right now (with minor plumbing movement)

20kn all in. But including moving drain lines/breaking concrete and repouring. Walk in shower etc

I spent about $16k on a 5x9 using basic fixtures. I love the tile I picked, though.

You can get the labor for about 8-10k. But the rest depends on what you want and you’d have to be your own project manager.

All in places (that design and manage the project) will easily run you $23k and up.

$10K for the most basic of basic finishes. This included having to fix some plumbing in the shower.

Not sure where this poster is, but where I am you do not need permits as long as you are not moving plumbing. You can also look up all building codes.

We're going to redo it ourselves because costs have gone insane. I see local renos done by contractors near me on facebook (homes are in the 600k-1 mil range) and they are not even nice at all, you can tell people sacrificed design and materials due to cost.

You can get a 5x9 reno for much less than $28k if you are just doing new floor and wall tiling, swapping out vanity, lighting, new toilet and paint. You’ll have to sacrifice on some or many of the following but 15-20 will get it done: high end finishes, marble tiles or extensive or intricate file work, heated floors, moving any plumbing, moving electrical, adding standalone tub etc or but it can be done.
