They did do sauciers recently and they liked Le Creuset. For a sauce pan they liked Made In, which I've seen advertised a lot, but haven't used.

I've had a Cuisinart pan before and they are a tiny bit less heavy than the All Clad, but really are nice pans.

Sorry -- the Made In pan they recommended was a sauté pan.

I really like my Vollrath tribute pans, I think they’re comparable to my all clad but much better priced.

I really like my all clad copper core sauté and chef pans and frying pans. I have 2 non stick tramotina frying pans , an all clad 3 ply stainless steel stockpot , a lodge cast iron and a 2 quart and 4 quart old caphalon non stick saucepan.

I want to replace the 2 saucepans as they are beat up and also get a small 1 or 1.5 quart saucepan.

I don’t want to buy a set. I don’t mind having a mix, everything doesn’t need to match. The all clad saucepans individually are crazy expensive, 300-400 each and I haven’t seen the small ne in d3 or copper core.

Any recommendations?
