Wild Planet sardines in oil are pretty tasty. I like adding them to tomato sauce and salads. They're sold in most major supermarket chains.

I like the smoked sardines in oil from Trader Joe’s. Rodman’s has several imported brands that are worth trying.

Can anyone recommend the best sardines in oil? I just started AIP and these will be a staple for me.
