No. I bet she either sends her kid to a private school or similar or homeschools and has been burned by people judging her about it. And just didn't want to get into that discussion at the gym

Or she was just having an off day and didn't want to socialize while working out

I see someone at my gym almost daily. We’ve never talked. I was somewhere close to the gym this weekend and she must have seen me with my son because today she stopped me and asked if that was me and my son at The Place. I said yes. She went on to say she has a daughter around my son’s age, and do we live near the gym. I said I do, and we determined we are practically neighbors. We both got back to our workouts.

Later I was on a machine near her and randomly asked if her daughter went to X elementary, too, and she said no and suddenly got really quiet and weird when I tried to chat her up more. Did I go too far?
