I love shopping TheRealReal but selling seemed to be a bit more of a headache. I believe you have to send it in and they have control over sales and things like that but I'm not entirely sure. With Poshmark, I get a label and drop off at the post office. If it is a luxury item, then it gets sent to HQ to authenticate before sending it to the seller.
On Poshmark, the 20% cut is worth it for the seller protection. After a buyer accepts an item in the 3-day window, the transaction is completely over. For eBay, buyers can dispute an item within 30 days -- maybe even 6 months if they use PayPal still.
