Op here. Ugh so glad to hear others have this issue. But I’m sorry you also deal with it. I just do not look right in photos. It drives me crazy.

On the other hand I always think about the people I know who have it the other way-for some reason always look better in photos than they do in person. And I feel like that’s probably worse somehow?

I am so unphotogenic. I've got to loosen up about it though, or else my kids won't have any pictures of me!

My niece called me ugly years ago and to be honest I have never really recovered.

I look terrible in photos- my friends will also agree with a nice "oh, that isn't a good one of you".... I don't mind myself in the mirror and people have told me my whole life that I'm attractive, so I think I'm just unphotogenic....

I was doing that and I realized it was silly. I need to live and have fun instead of waiting until I lose that weight or whatever. I feel like it would be sad for my kids when I die if they had no pictures of me to remember me. I’ve loosened up and started allowing photos.

Aw. When i see a bad photo of me, i think i must have been tired. Or I was caught at a bad angle because i was trying to help my kid with something. I try to be my own friend and empathize knowing that a total babe like me can sometimes get caught in an awkward moment. Happens to everyone

Yes so I don’t take pictures at all anymore except my drivers license and passport

Am I really that ugly in person? In general I hate all pictures of myself. But honestly, I feel like I look like a completely normal person in general but somehow in every picture I look so so bad. It’s unbelievable.

Please tell me I’m not the only one.
