OP - consider starting with consultation only with both a dermatologist and plastic surgeon to get different perspectives. Some plastic surgeons also do nonsurgical treatments, not just surgery.

4x/year: Botox (25-35iu) and Juvederm (usually Ultra Plus XC in lips and sometimes Voluma in the cheeks)
1x/year: Skinvive
1x/year: Fraxel

I'm 37 and the biggest impact has been my rhinoplasty and mid facelift. The injectables and fraxel are for maintenance and, imo, are not substitutes for surgery.

Are you Mormon and you've already had a few kids?

There’s a reason Botox is the #1 cosmetic procedure in the country. It definitely provides the biggest bang for your buck.

Completely depends on what you view as your issues. Filler and Botox as most common, but there are lasers, skin tightening, etc.

What have your experiences been with cosmetic dermatology? Did you love one procedure, but maybe not another? What made the biggest difference? Most bang for your buck. I’m 55 and have never seen a cosmetic dermatologist and have no idea where to begin. How often do you schedule appointments and what’s the yearly cost?
