I would save all my money. Get a nest egg in case it goes south and you need a buy a place ASAP.

Yes, but I would not quit my job or have a child with him. I would save all the money I would have paid for housing.

What do you mean by "rights" - it seems to me that you'd be paying no rent that that would give you the "right" to save and invest the money you'd otherwise have to spend on rent/mortgage. That's gonna be 20-30k a year right there.

Assuming I would be contributing to the household in some form, so I would want the house to be mine also.

Let’s not assume unless you are op and are posting this.

If you’re not married and living there why would you be on the deed?

Do you pay a nominal rent or cover some of the annual upkeep and property taxes?— sounds like No.

If you don’t want the live together in the house the location, tell him to rent it out and find a better location.

Why would you have equity in the house if you didn’t put money into it? Not marrying you and him paying for everything is a different issue.

No, I date for marriage and I have my own money. I don’t want to live in a house I don’t have any rights to.

Does he have kids? That's a reason why he might not want to marry again.

You can always invest in other ways. Just don't quit your job.

How old are you and how old is he? Do you work FT and have your own income?

Not sure why you’d live with him if you’re not married.

Paid for everything and wanted you to move in with him but wouldn’t marry you or allow you any equity in the house you both live in?
