Since having a baby last week I’ve been slightly constipated and horribly gassy. Taking poos every day and miralax but still gassy. And the gas smells truly, truly awful. I have a sit down dinner in 2 hours and am farting literally every 15 min. Tips on what I can do quickly to get rid of the gas?
