She's doing great and her test-scores are fine (on gen ed standardized tests) so we think (remove a service or service hours)

We have no idea what is causing the meltdowns. Have gotten this more times than I can count.

Oh, that's not anxiety. It's just hormones.

Making adequate progress towards goals.

How about...someone on the team talks to you like you are ignorant and don't know your rights and have never read anything about your kid's disability. Or someone on the team thinks they know better than you do what your kid needs AND said person thinks she knows better than the top person you had evaluate your kid and write a report.

A higher up tried to give me this one, but a teacher chimed in and said my kid self-advocates more than enough which was a euphemism for saying if you don't give the accommodations my kid will be a PITA just like mom .

Administrator states...."I'm sorry but we don't do that!" (Said to a completely reasonable request. When you bring in an advocate, you find out that in fact they do do that and they must do that.) or another variation: "We only do that in extreme cases" (Said about a minor request. You happen to be a SN parent group and you know they do THAT often, but for parents who hired lawyers)
