Some people try and influence the GBRS, now HOPE, scores that are given by the AART and Teachers.

The central committee doesn’t meet until March. Schools were still finishing packets this week.

That makes sense. We got packets from AART on 2/22 last year, when they were sent off to central committee for review.

Even if they are releasing the Friday before spring break (so March 23), it's early for the committee to be meeting. This is the time that school committees usually finalize packets, though.
