I think people are perplexed by your question because you want baby powder? No one puts baby powder on your face because baby powder made of talc is not good for your health. But even baby powder made of cornstarch would be a weird choice because it's white and unless you are a kabuki actor that's gonna look weird. You say you don't want makeup but that stuff in the makeup aisle does exactly what you want it to do.

My 13 year old uses this. It’s just regular white powder, talc-free.

Maybe a setting powder?

But many products are made to make your look dewy. Get her some matte products if that's what she prefers.

+1

There are lots of pressed powders that range from inexpensive to $$$ and some are minimal and others are hydrating or clarifying or mineral/sunscreen etc.

Because most of those stuff are makeup? That not necessarily good for tween skins? They aren’t made for tween.

Looking for sth clean and clear for skin that’s all.

Please pick a “clean” product. Talc free.

Mine uses tea tree blotting papers. It doesn't add color, just absorbs excess oil, so no worries about matching her skin tone or blending the color.

Ulta usually has them, The Body Shop makes a good one. I ordered a big batch from Amazon that came with a cute mirrored case.

She should switch to using Biore Aqua Rich or Supergoop Matte screen. No to powders, or just have her try any matte sunscreen or moisturizer with SPF like CeraVe Ultra-Light Moisturizing Lotion SPF 30.

Any recommendation on facial powder for tween/ teen? She just want to have something to put on after putting on moisture/ sunscreen so the face doesn't look shiny. When I visited asian countries they tend to have pressed compact powder but can't seem to find anything here?
