Does anyone have experience with CYC at UMD? Because husband and I aren't university-affiliated I never thought we'd get off the waitlist but after an info session this afternoon I'm a little more optimistic. The presentation was absolutely top-notch but I'd love to hear some personal experiences. I'm also interested in how families dealt with coverage gaps. The Center operates more on a traditional school schedule, with a Spring Break and several weeks off in the summer, etc. It's far more time off than my vacation days would cover. I know that camps are a thing for elementary-school-aged kids, but what do you do with a three-year-old?
