I’d have thought so, too, but there definitely wasn’t increased security today, as promised.

Keeping my kid home. A lot of her friends families are doing the same.

The email yesterday said there would be increased security today but according to my DD there was no noticeable difference. Anyone heard anymore about what this ‘increased security’ is

I saw the instagram post and it was very specific about the actions and date (2/15). This is in addition to the graffiti on the bathroom. Having 2 notices sent out about a shooting threat within 24 hrs is very concerning.

Unless the catch this person, my child is staying home.

Does anyone have more info or insight re the two notifications parents have received re the threat of a school shooting on Thursday?
I hope it is kids being stupid and nothing more. Are other parents concerned?
