But if this is your home is it truly "luxury?" The ones we have been in aren't someone's home. They are used as rentals only, void of any personal objects and no worn furniture. Price can depend on the city but average about 7k a month.
Op here. I mean, we’ve gotten $3500/week on Airbnb with good ratings. There are some belongings in the home but I think we’ve done ok since we’ve gotten good reviews on Airbnb. I have used my time off to declutter like a mad woman and we get professional deep cleanings before anyone checks in.
It’s a nice house in a good neighborhood, just outside the city but on 3 acres, 4000 sq feet, 5 beds and 5 baths, hot tub, pool, Mountain Views, etc.
We have a 2.5% interest rate and bought before prices exploded so we really don’t want to sell.
