There's a TPS form for that, I believe. Template Protest Sheet - just google it. There should be one for OPM and a different one for the Agency. Do NOT get them confused. Fill out in triplicate.

If it was prohibited by law, the agency's IG with an e-mail cc'ing their general law and HR departments

If it wasn't about your religion, martial status, or race or sex, they can ask what they want to.

NP here. This is a good question, thanks OP. If a question is wildly out of scope, can this be used to exclude candidates?

But back to the question, how do you file a protest? Are the interview questions reviewed by federal HR personnel?

During a recent job interview i was asked a question that wasn't related to the position. The question was used to disqualify me for the position. How do I file a protest internally with the agency and OPM.
