Can you expand on this? I am recently diagnoised type 1 on insulin. My understanding is that Type 1 dose and aren't as strict as type 2. Am seeing a diabetes educator in a few weeks

This is one reason the results surprised me. I am 5’ 7” and 125lbs. I also eat relatively healthy! I can cut out more carbs, though. And I eat a lot of fruit.
So annoyed at myself for looking at results on the weekend.
