What is the point of this post? Seems xenophobic with the focus on “poor English,” as if it’s the only language in the world. You also don’t know what their qualifications are from their home country. You didn’t ask. Ask.

I've seen child specialist or child expert. I'd assume it's a translating issue that got repeated. Good opportunity to get a sense of how they react to correction

It takes 8 to 10 years to become a licensed child psychologist so it's obviously a lie.

I’ve never seen this once. And having English as a second language does not mean you can’t be a child psychologist just licensed in your home country
