One thing I saw recently on Food Network that I haven't made, but did intrigue me, and might work with this menu is https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/chili-crisp-vinaigrette-salad-17065013

It combines the ramen noodles, too.

DP, this looks delicious!

Do an Italian chopped salad, with meats and cheeses in it.

Someone else probably got assigned dips so I wouldn't make a dip.

I'd make some kind of caprese with mozz balls and cherry tomatoes. That seems super-bowly

You could make jap chae which isn’t exactly a salad but can be made vegetarian and served cold.

Nobody eats green salads at super bowl parties, so I vote... idk, but not a green salad.

I agree coleslaw is a good idea, and you could even consider broccoli slaw. if you want to consider something else, maybe Ramen noodle salad. It’s made with uncooked crunched up Ramen noodles. Here is an example:

I just got my Super Bowl assignment and am ISO salad recs. Host is serving chili, Korean wings/drumsticks, and cornbread. Not usually what I serve as doesn't work for some family members, so am excited to eat. What salad would be a good complement? TIA!
