I know players there at the younger age groups. Many are looking to jump ship already that aren't in the top teams from toxic parents to favoritism by coaches and pushes for certain 'supplemental' businesses running the show. This is just what I've been told and not just by one person. No idea about the boys side or the older ages.

My kid has friends who play there (girls) and they're happy enough with it.

As with all clubs, teams are varied in skill.

I think they play dirty at the older girl age groups and there seems to be a lot of bickering among their own team but if you live close by- check them out

OP again. I almost never see it mentioned. Respected, like it should be an option for someone.
I saw a discussion from another poster about Great Falls Reston vs Herndon. Clubs from Alexandria to Arlington to Loudon were mentioned as options. Valor never was.

I've been impressed on the girls side. My kids have played them a number of times. Seem to get consistently better each time they play. One positive is I believe their club fees include a lot more than other clubs (tournaments), which is nice from a parent perspective.
