This happened to me sometime between 45 and 55, so I'm not sure of the exact age but it definitely happened. For me the worst thing is sun damage that has made my skin irreversibly thin, spotted, and wrinkled.

I'm 57 and fine. Long hair, super fit, wrinkles but aging uniformly.

There's no "wall."

Monica Bellucci is my role model. But I don't have her bone structure or bank account, so it's a very lofty aspiration.

I actually really like Ukrainian first lady - Olena Zelenskaya. Whoever is her stylist, they do an excellent job.

I am 41, soon to be 42, and I’m already experiencing signs of perimenopause, thinning hair, thickening waist line, skin deterioration. Even my kids have noticed and said things. I take such good care of myself and it just sucks.

Ugh. I meant to type only youthfulness =/= attractiveness. :p

This. This. This. The wall is ckming, but you have more time. Perimenopause is nature saying you're done keeping the species going so no need to attract mates or be a strong vessel for carrying young. Things start to dry up, dry out, thin where you don't want it (hair, skin) and thicken where you don't want it (fat distribution).

The good news, is you can maintain what you have by being more thoughtful about self-care and couple that with the realization that only youthfulness=attractiveness.

40 to 45 is so young that I cannot believe OP is asking.

Isn't it normal for beautiful women to still be beautiful at this age?
