All about “wraparound services.”

Are used to work in a clinic for childhood mental health located in Baltimore. This was nearly 20 years ago but I can tell you there were tons of services available. We would nearly trip over each other trying to offer services to children in need. It is not that services are not there. They are just not effective.
I have a lot of compassion, but draw the line at supporting criminals.

I am not kidding: they actually believe “wraparound services” will solve all crime.
