We send her to pull ups at daycre until she's a little more reliable as per policy requirements. However we've found they've been putting her in diapers throughout the day and it's started to cause huge regression back to limited success at home. How do I challenge daycare about this? Is there a reason they'd be doing this?

We send plenty of spares and have flagged we've sent them, they've only ever used 2 we've sent over our entire week. They have flagged she has asked to go a couple of times although has had a few accidents as well.
We're sending in disposable pull ups so it is trousers off if she needs to put a new one on, she needs a little help getting trousers and shoes back on but can pull her trousers up and down of course
Send the kind with the sides that open, otherwise they’ll keep switching to diapers. Helping a child completely undress for diaper changes is too much at daycare, especially with 3yo ratios.
