I definitely watch them. Some of them get very animated when I cut them off. I'll sometimes mimic them back and the fun begins.

I watch when someone is tailgating me. I just gradually slow down a few miles per hour and watch them have a hissy fit. And then when they pass I just wink at them.

Yes, sometimes. Usually people don't do anything interesting though.

I've never caught someone picking their nose and eating it! Sometimes I catch someone sort of surreptitiously getting something out of their nose but... I do that too. Sometimes you have something near the edge of your nostril and you have to get it out. It's only rude if you do it in front of other people. I don't judge people for origin that in their car.

Eating it is weird though. Use a tissue.
