They will probably have an updated timeline to present when they have the spring facilities and boundaries meetings in late Feb/early March.

Woodward and new Northwood are delayed now to open in fall 2027. The boundaries would be decided in either March or November 2026 (unless there's another delay).

I searched the MCPS site but I couldn’t find information on when the options would be released and when changes might take effect. Previously I had seen that kids might be reassigned in the 25-26 school year. Is that still the case or has the date been postponed?
