Homemade chicken fingers, French fries and raw carrots

I am on my own, so am having a “use up” kind of might. Some leftover rice, steamed the last of the broccoli, and a bag of some Trader Joe’s Chinese I found in the freezer.

We had a British tea at a friends at 3pm so I’m not making dinner…. I just had some cheese and crackers though. DD 11 had pita bread with some cheese and fruit

Pork chops, mashed potatoes, salad, sautéed cabbage, sliced pink lady apples, leftover ground beef from taco night, baba ganoush with crackers, sourdough bread and butter. This feeding teen athlete business will help me feel less sad when they go off to college.

Rotisserie chicken & rice

A Montreal Smoked Meat brisket from Costco (just steam, slice and serve) with mustard & Swiss cheese on sourdough for sandwiches. Tots and a baby romaine salad with vinaigrette for the sides.

I'm going to sauté some chicken sausage cut into coins and then add the Trader Joe's frozen gnocchi and some frozen peas to the pan.

Greek pasta salad

Shrimp, mango and avocado salad with butter lettuce, cilantro and sweet chili-lime dressing.

I am making ground turkey stir fry with vegetables served on a bed of rice.
