Not wanting to go the Kia/Hyundai route, but wanting to maximize second row legroom, this seems like our best option. I looked at an and loved the Acura MDX but the second row is smaller than Pilot by a decent amount. I don't love the exterior look of Pilot much (too "rugged") but I guess I can get over it. And yes I would just get a minivan but the new ones are too wide for our garage. Coming from an old Odyssey that has been great.
