No OP but I really want to get a fountain. I have the perfect spot for one but I get overwhelmed by choices. Any suggestions for type/brand?

Second vote for outdoor rugs and pillows. Adding those softer features was what finally made our front porch feel cozy and comfortable. We also have a couple of blankets in a basket by the door that are specifically for use outside when it’s chilly.

I added a deep sounding chime that I love

twinkle lights, outdoor rugs, pillows. Plants / flowers. side tables in interesting colors/patterns next to chairs to put food/drinks down. A water feature (a plug in fountain). I've seen backyards / patios with art - that's a fun extra.

Plants? What’s happening with the plants?

We have a small deck/porch that steps down onto a patio with built-in fire ring. I want to spruce it up a bit this summer. We just bought all new Adirondacks around the fire, plus a nicer cushioned chair and side table on the deck. There are nice solar lights all over, plus torches we light along the perimeter. It’s peaceful, but I feel like somehow I could do more. Any ideas? Things you have in your yard that make it a backyard oasis?
