I am pretty sure I gained it due to drinking a bottle of wine a night when I got laid off during a divorce so I’m fairly certain if I lose it quickly and then just don’t go back to drinking a bottle of wine a night I should be good.
So stop drinking. That will help.

I am so frustrated. I only realized because none of my clothes fit. It’s largely contained to my gut but I wouldn’t mind toning up all over.
Anyone know how to do this fairly quickly, like 4-6 weeks? Obviously starving myself and exercising two hours a day is not the answer but I would like to be able to wear my clothes again.
You need to get down to around 1500 cal a day to do this or get close in that amount of time. Most people don't have the discipline to do commit to this because it's too hard. But, that's what you'll need to do. Good luck and keep us posted on your progress.
