You shouldn’t be walking/running every day if you’re just starting out. Your body needs a day of rest between walks/runs. Alternate walki
G/running with lifting light weights or something less me yoga or Pilates. Probably gentle yoga since you’re starting to exercise. GL!

Joined a gym and feeling sick and nauseous the first few days of walking/running on the treadmill. Do you think this is a normal reaction of getting back to working out after a long time?
