Do you literally make your same recipes? I thought I'd need to add some extra stuff to make them more "moist". Sorry. I know people hate that word.

Not for sloppy joes, tacos, spaghetti, lasagna where there is a highly seasoned sauce.

For meatballs, since I don't know what they will be added to, I tend to flavor them a lot. Extra garlic, parm cheese and worcestershire sauce. Whatever combo I fancy that moment. The only time turkey will be dry is if you make just a turkey burger, I would think. Those are not like beef burgers at all. I tend to avoid that, but if I do make one just for me (girl dinner) I make it as per usual and just drench it in relish or salsa :-/

I prefer ground chicken to ground turkey. Chicken has more flavor, IMO. I use it in spaghetti sauce and tacos and they taste great. I have also mixed ground chicken and ground beef 50/50 for meatloaf and found it still has great beef flavor without feeling heavy. The meatloaf recipe can easily be used for meatballs as well.

I’m allergic to beef. We’ve swapped out 100% of our normal recipes for ground turkey without issue. The only one that was iffy was sloppy Joe’s because the consistency is different.

I do these with ground chicken. https://smittenkitchen.com/2019/05/braised-ginger-meatballs-in-coconut-broth/

Add a bit of olive oil if you use ground chicken breast as it is very dry.

And chili with turkey.

This. Use them interchangeably without a second thought.
