Maybe, maybe not. A lot of people don't lose anything at all.

5 pounds over the first month is great. A healthy pace. You’ll likely lose more than 5 the second month at the new dose.

Where are you finding the .25?

You're in for a long road if you're getting frustrated by a less than one week stall.

0.25 is not a therapeutic dose. You're not wrong that many people lose on it, but it's mostly inflammation. The worse your inflammation, the more you'll lose on the starter dose. Many people who lose on 0.25 find that they don't lose on 0.5 and get frustrated. I didn't start losing until 1.7. If you have more than 15 lbs to lose you should expect to stall and not lose weight for weeks at a time. Get ready for that because you have to stay the course.

All that said, many people lose 15-20% of their body weight and then stop losing, even if they're still overweight. That's what the studies show for semaglutide, and it's why they're seeking approval for higher doses.

I am eating less, but not much less. The appetite suppression is completely gone.

Increased dosage helps a lot of people. The question is whether you'll plateau at a dose or whether you'll hit the max dosage and what you do at that point.

I am doing 0.25 right now, one more week at that dose. I lost 5lbs easily the first week, and nothing since. Is this normal? Will I lose again once I up the dose?
